Rates are calculated from the time of first pick-up to the last drop-off. Hourly rates are $175/hr. with a two-hour minimum required for booking our services. Multiple pickup/dropoff locations, standby times, distances, and discounts may affect the rates. Extensions beyond the pre-planned agreement may be negotiated only if the driver and car are available – we will do everything to accommodate your special requests unless it is just not possible. Therefore, each job is quoted specifically tailored to your requests, so please contact us with your plans and I can quote accordingly.

All Prices exclude GST. We do not charge any fuel or cleaning surcharges; however, excessive messiness or abuse of the Limousine will add $75 or more to the fee.

Complimentary Service – Reservations at wineries, breweries, and distilleries are often required and have stipulations; please specify any venue preferences including a preferred lunch stop, and our driver will be happy to handle all of the reservations for you unless otherwise specified. *Please note that tasting fees and meal costs are not included (establishments bill independently).

Payment and deposit for all tours can be made by Auto-Deposit E-Transfer and ‘Cash’ (preferred). In Canada, we can accept payments by Tap or Manually from Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover, plus Apple Pay, Google Pay, and other digital wallets. There are no surcharges to the customer for using these services.

Pre-arranged invoicing is also possible post-job for certain commercial clients.

Deposits are non-refundable and required to secure any date of service; if there is no deposit, you are not officially booked and may lose your tentative booking.

Refunds – We understand the frustration of rounding up a bunch of people just to have something happen like COVID hits, or you need to change a date. So here’s how we’re willing to work with you: Our policy is that we do not offer refunds, BUT we would like to keep your business and still offer you the best experience in the valley! So, you can either use the credit towards a future date booking whether it is for you, or you can donate it to one of your acquaintances. There is no time limit to use the credit, just let us know when you’re ready to roll!

Gratuities are at the discretion of a customer, and graciously received.

Alcohol Consumption – a person must not drive or otherwise exercise control over the operation of a motor vehicle, whether or not it is in motion, while there is liquor in the person’s possession or inside the motor vehicle. (LIQUOR CONTROL AND LICENSING ACT – March 26, 2024, Division 3 – Possession & Consumption of Liquor, Section 76 (2))

Smoking cigarettes, cigars, vapes, and marijuana is not permitted in the limousine.

No illegal drugs or criminal activities are permitted in the limousine.

No animals or pets are to be transported in the limousine.

The client will be responsible for all the passengers’ conduct and any damage(s) caused to the vehicle by any passenger(s) before, during, and after the period of the contractual time.

Passenger Seatbelt Requirements by Law – A person in a motor vehicle being driven or operated on a highway must, if the motor vehicle has properly attached to it a seat belt assembly for the seating position occupied by that person, wear the complete seat belt assembly in a properly adjusted and securely fastened manner (MVA 220 (4)). Drivers must ensure that passengers who have attained 6 years of age but are under 16 years are properly restrained (MVA 220 (6). For passengers over the age of 16, it is their responsibility to ensure that their seatbelts are fastened.  

Car Safety & Personal Responsibility – Hands and bodies must remain in the vehicle. Entering and exiting the vehicle can be dangerous and each passenger takes full responsibility to enter and exit safely. 

Passenger’s property – the company will not accept liability for any damage to or loss of any property left on a vehicle by the client or passenger(s). All items recovered from any company vehicle will be held in the company lost and found.

The company vehicles shall be at the client’s disposal subject to; the carrying capacity of the vehicle not being exceeded, including but not limited to: Passengers’ behavior falls under the domain of the chauffeur or driver, who holds the responsibility for ensuring the safe operation of the vehicle and the well-being of all passengers. The chauffeur or driver has full authority to enforce company rules, provincial and federal safety regulations, or laws. Any passenger found violating these regulations may be refused boarding or asked to leave the vehicle, with the driver having the discretion to terminate the service if deemed necessary.

Limit of liabilities – The company will not be responsible for delays resulting from factors outside of its control, such as road conditions, storms, accidents, significant traffic congestion, breakdowns, and so on. If a sudden breakdown or accident renders a vehicle unserviceable, the company retains the right to substitute another vehicle or find an alternative method of transportation for its clients to safely make it home.

We are committed to all our clients’ safety – Therefore, our drivers and chauffeurs must comply with all regulations, including hours of service rules. Unplanned delays or itinerary changes may lead to violations, resulting in fines or suspensions. Consequently, the driver or chauffeur may not be able to accommodate requests to modify the original itinerary. In other words, Clients must recognize that they may be required to adhere to the original itinerary, as making alterations may be unlawful.
